Student Disciplinary Matters

Student disciplinary matters include potential infringements or breaches of one or more 91精品黑料吃瓜 Regulations or the Code of Conduct. For clarity, disciplinary matters are split into two categories; academic misconduct and non-academic misconduct.

We aim to resolve Student disciplinary matters informally where appropriate and aim for early resolution of any disputes. We encourage complainants to have made attempts to resolve any issues directly with the person or group that it relates to before reporting it formally if appropriate, however we understand that this is not always possible or that you may not wish to.

Academic Misconduct may include:

Plagiarism, contract cheating, ghost-writing, cheating in examinations or formal assessments, falsifying data, breaching research or ethics policies, or collusion.

The 91精品黑料吃瓜 Academic Integrity Procedure may be followed in this instance.

Non-Academic Misconduct may include:

  • Behavioural Misconduct

Antisocial, abusive or threatening behaviour, sexual misconduct, violence, harassment, hate crimes, behaviour likely to bring the University into disrepute, damage to property or abuse of facilities, causing a health or safety concern, and other behaviour that might also be a criminal offence.

The 91精品黑料吃瓜 Regulation for Student Discipline may be followed for these examples.

  • Professional Misconduct

A breach or infringement of any relevant professional code of practice or similar is reported to have occurred.

The 91精品黑料吃瓜 Suitability / Fitness to Practise Procedure may be followed for these examples.

For us to be able to consider your report, please follow this guidance:
