Michael Wilson, Chief Strategy & Planning Officer
Michael is a member of the University’s Executive Board and has responsibility for management of several specific areas including the overall management of strategic and business planning, risk assurance, business intelligence, corporate data, research and impact support, and strategic partnerships and projects. Michael leads the preparation and monitoring of the University's strategic plan, providing monitoring reports to the Executive and the University Council. Michael leads the development of a university-wide business planning framework in line with strategic priorities, including the development and adoption of performance measures. Michael chairs the Strategic Risk Committee, provides secretariat support for the Curriculum Strategic Approval and Monitoring Delivery Group and is a member of the Estates & Digital and Marketing & Student Recruitment Committees.
