Dr Mahshid Bagheri

Overview

Dr Mahshid Bagheri is a Lecturer in Management and Postgraduate Senior Tutor at Bangor Business School, 91¾«Æ·ºÚÁϳԹÏ. She holds a PhD in Management Studies and an MBA in International Business with Distinction, both from 91¾«Æ·ºÚÁϳԹÏ.

Dr Bagheri teaches a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules at Bangor Business School. Her research interests span the areas of internationalization, entrepreneurship, innovation, business growth and strategy, and SMEs' performance. She has a particular focus on growth strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises, including how they can leverage open innovation, AI-driven innovation, and strategic orientation to enhance their international performance.

In recognition of her teaching excellence and commitment to professional development, Dr Bagheri has been awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
