Dr Suzy Clarkson

Suzy is a lecturer on the MSc Counselling Psychology course at 91精品黑料吃瓜, in addition to her teaching, she has taken on the role of Counselling Placement Coordinator and Pastoral Tutor. Suzy also works as a counsellor for the NHS Primary Mental Health Care and Prescribed Medication Team at Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board. She has been an accredited KiVa trainer for the last ten years and is now the UK Hub KiVa Coordinator. Suzy is also the Deputy Director of the Centre of Evidence Based Early Intervention, at 91精品黑料吃瓜.

Suzy graduated from 91精品黑料吃瓜 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Masters of Science by Research evaluating the Welsh pilot of the KiVa Anti-Bullying programme, Masters of Science in Counselling, and PhD on the lessons learnt from implementing KiVa in the UK. She is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, a core member of the Anti-Bullying Alliance, and a "critical friend" for the Personal, Social, Health, and Economic Association.

Suzy has four children and is passionate about, and committed to, promoting and enhancing wellbeing, especially children鈥檚 social and emotional well-being. She volunteers as a Local Authority School Governor. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and travelling!
