An opportunity to learn some new skills that may help to manage your emotions in a healthier way.
These skills originate from a type of therapies known as ACT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and DBT - Dialectic Behavioural Therapy.
The workshop will consist of presentations, video clips, general group discussions and an opportunity to reflect and ask questions.
The workshop will be facilitated by 1 Counsellor and 1 trainee Counsellor.

Looking for a safe space to connect, recharge, or talk about your experiences? The Feel-Good Café is a dedicated space offering support, advice, and resources tailored for international students.
Run by the friendly team from Student Support and Wellbeing, the café provides a confidential and welcoming environment to discuss your emotional health and wellbeing.
Whether you’re adjusting to life in a new country or just want to share what’s on your mind, there will be a warm welcome for you.
Every Tuesday afternoon, 3pm–4pm

No appointment is needed - just drop in. Light refreshments will be provided.
